You have the answers within.
Let me show you the way…
Most people and therapists have the tendency to analyze and discuss undesired behaviors in hope of dissolving them. However, I have found that talking and analyzing is not the most effective way to resolve chronic patterns and deep seated issues. If you could just think your way out of your undesired reactions and patterns, you would have done it already.
While your conscious mind is able to shape, suppress and divert impulses from your subconscious, it often fails to resolve the core of the matter. Undesired habits and reactions often return again or resurface in a different form.

Reviews:
Zsuzsi Gero is the most incredible combination of meditation guide, life coach, and counselor. She seems to intuitively know when to push you, and when to allow you to take a second to collect your thoughts. In my time with her, I have made incredible progress in learning to cope with my past, and believe in my future.
She is always so well-informed, and always looking to incorporate new things into my sessions. I love that she is so willing to try new techniques and see what works best for me. She is so open to changing what we do each session, as she wants me to get the most I can out of our sessions.
Zsuzsi is definitely the most impactful counselor I have seen, and a lot of that is because I know that I can trust her. She genuinely cares about each of her clients, and truly wants the best for everyone she comes in contact with. If you are looking to transform your life, I can’t recommend Zsuzsi enough. She is truly the best guide out there.
I am overwhelmed with gratitude and respect for Zsuzi. I have been working with her for about a year now and cannot recommend her enough. Through a broad range of skillful techniques, Zsuzi has provided the space, compassion, and empowerment for me to work through my trauma while growing interpersonally and in relationships. I am a counselor that is perpetually researching and applying in both my personal and professional life. I longed for someone to hold me up that way that Zsuzi has. She has shared infinite wisdom that has helped me hone in on self growth and elevate in all areas of my life. Thank you, Zsuzi!
It has been wonderful to have Zsuzsi as my therapist over the last five years. From the beginning, Zsuzsi has been very respectful, kind, and understanding. When we meet, it always feels like a safe place for me to share my real thoughts without judgment. She is compassionate and doesn’t try to impose a “one-size-fits-all” approach to counseling. Zsuzsi really cares about me and others as human beings.
When Zsuzsi offers suggestions, she looks at both the big picture and granular level of a situation, which brings balance and clarity. This has been particularly helpful, as I have needed to navigate difficult circumstances and relationships in the workplace with great care.
I also really appreciate the fact that she shares research findings with me that align with the therapy methods she’s using. This makes our sessions feel more like a partnership than an provider/patient relationship.
I also really value the breathing and mindfulness techniques she shares that can be used in everyday life for centering, not just when there’s a challenging situation that arises. Her focus is not just on working on new or existing issues but also on self-care for life in general, so I’m prepared for whatever may come my way with both acceptance and proactively.
I’m really fortunate to have a therapist with so much expertise who also genuinely cares like a trusted friend. I started with Zsuzsi feeling burdened, overwhelmed, and sometimes totally defeated by multiple challenging circumstances in my life that have major elements that are out of my control. Through our sessions, I am learning to accept these circumstances with greater clarity and move forward day by day with more confidence and grace while discovering inner strength that continues to lead me in exciting new directions in life. Thank you for all you do, Zsuzsi!
