How I Can Help

When we work together, you can expect a personalized experience designed to meet your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies that are powerful yet compassionate, including:

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy: I’ll help you learn how to stay present and grounded, even when life feels overwhelming.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): This is one of my favorite approaches. It helps you connect with your inner “parts.” This connection creates a sense of peace and self-understanding.
  • Somatic & Body-Mind Practices: Sometimes our body holds onto things our minds can’t process. Together, we’ll explore how reconnecting with your body can unlock healing.
  • Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP): This approach combines ketamine’s rapid mood-enhancing effects with therapy. It addresses mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. It includes preparation, monitored ketamine sessions, and integration therapy to promote healing, resilience, and lasting change.
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We’ll uncover thought patterns that aren’t serving you. Then, we will work toward reframing them. This will bring relief and clarity.
  • Brainspotting: Address deeply rooted trauma and emotional pain through targeted neurophysiological techniques.

Each session is tailored to you. We’ll combine practical, actionable tools with the compassion and care that is at the heart of my work.

I only accept self-pay, and payment is required in advance to reserve your session. If needed, I can give you an account statement for each session. You can send this to your insurance company. Depending on your specific benefit plan, the insurance company may reimburse a part of the cost.
